Why is Fine Silver superior to Sterling Silver?

Fine Silver is the purest silver available, so it has the highest silver content on the market of 99.9% giving it the ‘999’ hallmark, where as Sterling Silver is only 92.5% hence the 925 hallmark.

Why is Britannia Silver superior to Sterling Silver?

Britannia Silver has a higher silver content between 95.8% - 99.8%, where as Sterling Silver is only 92.5%.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

We dispatch your orders via Royal Mail. Deliveries usually take between 3-5 days from the date you placed your order.

Do I receive a tracking number?

You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order has been dispatched. Please track your order via Royal Mail.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes all non used items can be returned. Contact us within 14 day at sales@turritellajewellery.co.uk and we will reply with the information on how to return your purchase. Returns postage costs are your responsibility.

How do I amend or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will make the change to your order assuming it hasn’t already been shipped. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

I haven’t had my order confirmation email, have you received my order?

When you make your order you will receive two emails, the first to confirm your order and a second to say it has been shipped. If you can’t find them in your inbox then please check your junk mail. How do I stop my jewellery from tarnishing?

The superior silver content of our pieces should ensure that tarnishing should not occur compared to silver with a lower silver content.
